Vibrant residential living in Baltimore City.

The Village of Cross Keys is a hidden treasure of community living in Baltimore City.

James Rouse was already a successful real estate developer when in the 1960s, he had a particular vision for vibrant residential living in a city community. The Village of Cross Keys was his first planned residential development, presaging his work on the planned city of Columbia, MD.

Cross Keys is a condominium community, a mix of townhouses, garden-style condominium apartments, mid-rise and high-rise buildings, a shopping area grouped around a beautifully landscaped Village Square and an office complex, all designed with an understated elegance that has made the Village of Cross Keys a most desirable place to live in Baltimore City.
